Easily accessed the arc de triomphe through the underground stairway. There was a staircase leading to the roof, the rooftop was absolutely incredible and gave a great view 360 degree view of Paris. There was no long lines when we went at about 4pm. It wasn’t very crowded and there was elevator access for disabled visitors as well. Overall a 10/10 experience
